We want your experience with Fablelight Press to feel cozy, magical, and stress-free. Please take a moment to review our shipping and returns policy so you know exactly what to expect when ordering from our shop.
Shipping Information
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Many of our items are made to order, which allows us to reduce waste and create thoughtfully crafted pieces just for you.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after receiving your shipping notification.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50 before taxes and discounts. Orders under $50 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee, which is calculated at checkout.
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays. Fablelight Press is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Fablelight Press is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location whenever possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Because many of our items are made to order, we ask that you review all product details carefully before purchasing.
Returns
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Any items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or use will not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, we are happy to offer exchanges when available.

Final Sale Items
All sale items, clearance items, and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or make it right.
